The Society engaged Dallas create an Index for vols 51-63 of Archaeologia, and proposed to pay her £100 for volumes 51-70 - Dallas agreed to Index an Archaeologia volume experimentally to see how it compared with her work on the Journal Index. (English)
Dallas was working on the Index for the Archaeological Journal in 1949, as well as Index cards for the Journal with 8 volumes still to complete. The Society resolved to consult with her on the possibility of her undertaking the completion of the tastk, if assistance with the preparation of cards could be provided. (English)
