Beyond Notability: Meetings
Meetings are recorded by type or series. That is, items are not made for individual meetings at specific dates or times, rather they are made for, say, the Society of Antiquaries of London Annual Geneal Meeting (Q13). They are then used with part of (P4) and paired with qualifiers such as point in time (P1) to explain where and when something happened.
For example, in the case of Rachael Poole (Q76), Council Meeting (SAL) (Q32) is a qualifer for the statement that the election of the subject to SAL was proposed by one C. L. Holmes (Q140).
In order that all things that happened at, say, meetings of the Royal Archaeological Institute (Q35), meetings should be constructed hierarchically, with the meeting type or series (e.g. an AGM) an instance of (P12) all meetings of the institution that convenes the meeting type or series, which is an instance of (P12) all Meetings (Q31.

Instance of Meeting of an Institution
Item for meeting type of series > instance of (P12) > Item for meetings of the institution that convened the meeting type or series
- for example: Council Meeting (RAI) (Q191) > instance of (P12) > Royal Archaeological Institute Meeting (Q29)
