Reports that a hoard of bronze implements was found at the end of 1921 near Ripon and is now in a museum there. Consisted of a dozen or more socketed celts, and a dagger or a small bronze sword. (English)
The site excavated was near Devizes, with results that pointed to its construction during the prehistoric iron age. (English)
Inner ditch found to be a quarry from which a great part of the material for the rampart was obtained. Believed to be an Iron Age Site. (English)
Excavation of the site of "Woodhenge" completed. Discovered by means of photographs from the air. Circular ditches probably destroyed barrows. Purpose of earthwork is uncertain. (English)
